Is Grass Fed Butter good for you?

If you were going on a trip, would you pack your suitcase with clothes, toiletries and things you actually needed or would you pack it with fluffy towels just to fill it up? Butter in general is not a nutritionally valuable food and no purer source will ever make it so. Its purpose is to make other foods taste better and Keto advocates use it to trick their stomachs into feeling fuller. If you cut it out of your life entirely, your body would never say "man, I wish I had some butter right now because I'm feeling very worn out and sick." Sure, grass fed may be better than regular butter, but is there any value to it other than being a tasty filler? There are many nutritionally valuable substitutions out there to spread on your toast like nut butters, avocado, cottage cheese or fresh fruit. There are better ways to get your Omega-3s like fish, nuts, eggs, vegetables and seeds. If you are watching calories, make sure you get the biggest bang for your buck or the most nutritional value for each calorie. Make sure the calories you consume are also bringing something worthwhile on board like vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, etc. Your body needs nutrients and fuel in order to run efficiently. You wouldn't fill your gas tank with water just for the sake of filling it up, so why fill your body's tank with anything but the good stuff? Learn to read your nutrition labels. Need help?
