What is Kangoo Jumps®?

Kangoo Jumps® is an easy, safe and effective cardio rebounding workout system consisting of specially designed boots and licensed fitness programs that was developed in Europe in the early 1990s.  Together, the boots and fitness programs make working out so much fun, that you won't believe you are actually exercising!  We put the boots on, turn the music up and move together to fun, easy to learn choreography that work your entire body.  You think you're dancing... but you're also strengthening and toning your abs, back, glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves and shoulders!

The Lymphatic System is our body's main detoxification and filtration system. It cleans out toxins, bacteria, dead cells, infectious viruses, cancer cells and other unwanted cellular debris. Many people claim to have invented rebounding and have certified themselves in a self-named certification program.  Be sure to train with officially licensed Kangoo Jumps® Instructors.  Kangoo Jumps® requires that instructor candidates possess a nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification and pass a final written and practical exam in order to receive a Kangoo Jumps® Instructor Certification.  This is to ensure students receive a safe and effective class based on modern knowledge of rebounding science, body mechanics and functional fitness techniques. 

Is your trainer:

1. Certified by an NCCA Accredited Fitness Authority such as ACE, AFAA, NASM, etc. and listed on their website directory?

 

2. Licensed by Kangoo Jumps®.  The official Kangoo training program is intense, thorough and a necessary prerequisite in learning to use and maintain the Kangoo® brand of boots properly.
